Al Taqa Company for Electrical
Services
Specialized in electrical services and contracting, Al
Taqa Company was established in 2004 and started activities since then.
The main focus was on rehabilitation of 132kV
substations and medium tension 33kV, 11kV and 6.6 kV systems. In addition, the
company carried out studies and made consultations on the development of the
Supervisory Command and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) for the cross country
Iraqi Power Grid.
The Company carried out numerous technical and
administration capacity development workshops for various Iraqi ministries, in
association with specialized international companies.
With the experience gained over 30 years of active
field and engineering work in the power and electrical fields, Al Taqa Company
is well positioned to provide the support required by the electrical and
industrial sector in Iraq.
